One engineering team, five disciplines
HVAC projects, refrigeration, modular clean-room partitions & ceilings, ISO 14644 HVAC validation, and clean-room doors — designed and built to your drawing. AHUs span 500 to 50,000 CFM with AMCA-certified blowers and double-skin PUF panels; clean-room systems use GPSP panels in PUF, honeycomb or mineral wool; validation covers the full seven-test ISO 14644 set with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation for CDSCO and customer audits.
Why now: India’s revised Schedule M (2023) requires pharmaceutical AHUs and clean-room zones to be requalified to EU-GMP Class C/D, with HEPA-filtered airflow, defined pressure cascades and ISO 14644 particle qualification. Compliance deadlines for large and MSME manufacturers have now passed and CDSCO inspections are intensifying. For most plants this makes AHU upgrades and clean-room qualification an immediate requirement, not a future plan.
